A retreat is a positive disruption of our ordinary habitual life, whether a day, a weekend, a week or more. It is a chance to step out of routine, simplify our life, and focus on our meditation and other practices, as well as just enjoying some peace and quiet in the company of like-minded people.
We run day retreats and the occasional weekend retreat, sometimes at the centre and sometimes in a rural location. Keep your eye on the calendar for the next opportunity.
