Introduction to Buddhism and meditation

We are offering another introduction to Buddhism and meditation course starting Tuesday November 2nd, from  7.30 – 9pm. The course will last six weeks every Tuesday evening until December 7th.

Each evening will have the simple structure of a presentation on Buddhism then after a short break, a led meditation.
