Introduction to Meditation and Buddhism
For those (aged 18 or over) new to meditation and Buddhism along with those who wish to learn the approach of the Triratna Buddhist Community.
On an 8-week course you will learn meditations which focus on the body, the breath, developing kindness & positive emotion. After a refreshment break there will be an exploration of a key Buddhist teaching each week, through formal input & group discussion.
Following the completion of this introductory course, participants will be able to attend our ongoing activities.

Following this initial booking fee, payment will be on a donation basis for the rest of the course.
